 I want to welcome you to Room 17's web site.  I hope to have a place for you to come and get information about what we are doing in class and see some of our projects.

Jason Berberian
I have been teaching in Castro Valley since 1996. I have been at CVE for that whole time! I have been fortunate to teach second, third and fifth grade. I went to UC Berkeley for my undergraduate work. Believe it or not I was a political science major. I am a huge Cal fan. I love watching Giants games and when I have the strength - I will watch the Raiders and 49ers. My two kids are also in Castro Valley schools. When I am not teaching I am probably spending time with them at dance, soccer or karate. Fun Fact: My home town was the other Egg Capital of the World
