Important Attendance Procedures Being Implemented Starting 02/27/17
In an effort to further maintain our message that class time is important, we will be adding some additional layers to our tardy system.
Teachers have had the ability to refer students when tardies become excessive in classes and we also have an automated weekly procedure that is outlined HERE.
Starting Monday, February 27th, we will utilize a second automated tardy procedure that focuses on tardies beyond the one week snapshot. This new system is outlined HERE.
On Monday, February 27th, we are also launching the first of three positive tardy competitions in the second semester. Students who are on time to 1st period from 2/27/17 to 3/10/17 will automatically be entered into a drawing where gift cards to local vendors will be awarded to 10 qualifying students.
Please remember that tardies must be cleared within 48 hours by a letter or phone call from a parent or guardian.
