Contact Us

In person:

Students can drop by their counselor’s office before school, during break, during lunch, or after-school. If the counselor is unavailable, the student can fill out a Request for an Appointment slip and leave it in their message box. The counselor will call the student out of class as soon as possible, typically in 1-2 school days.

Parents may meet in person with their student’s counselor by scheduling an appointment ahead of time. Please call or email the counselor or house secretary at least 2 school days in advance to schedule an appointment. There is no guarantee your student’s counselor will be available on a drop in basis.

E-mail:

E-mail is typically the fastest way to contact your counselor with questions or concerns. E-mail is typically responded to within 1-2 school days. To email a counselor click their name above.

Call / Voice mail:

Students and parents may contact counselors by calling the school’s main number and then dialing the counselor’s extension, listed above. If the counselor does not answer, please leave a voicemail. Voicemail is typically responded to within 3-4 school days.
