Proctor Elementary School is committed to the success of all students. Our highly trained staff are dedicated to providing our students with a rigorous curriculum utilizing the common core standards and current research based strategies. The Proctor School community values collaboration, respect for others, commitment to providing a challenging, and well-rounded educational experience.

Our Proctor families and the greater Castro Valley community provide key partnerships and support our commitment to provide excellent educational programs to all students. That spirit of teamwork has allowed Proctor School to ensure a wide variety of co-curricular programs are available to support and enrich the lives of our students each and every day.

Is Your Contact Info Up to Date on Aeries?

If your phone number, email and or address have changed during the school year, please make sure this has been updated through Aeries Parent Portal.  If your address changes, you will need to bring in proof of residency to the office.  Your email address and primary phone number are important in case of emergency and general contact between school and home.  Please keep this information up to date.  If you have any questions, contact the main office.

The Proctor PTA Auction

Open Enrollment for All New Students Opens on April 3rd


Spring Break is April 17-21.  

School is not in session and the office will be closed during Spring Break.

Kindergarten Parent/Guardian Information Night: Th., May 4th 6-7 p.m.

Join us for an informational meeting to help ease any fears or concerns and to answer questions you may have about kindergarten while also letting you know how you can get involved! You will have an opportunity to hear from the following people/groups:

  • Kindergarten Teachers
  • Principal
  • PTA
  • Science Boosters
