Walk-Through Registration

ANNUAL DATA CONFIRMATION AND WALK THROUGH REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED OF ALL NEW AND RETURNING STUDENTS

Online data confirmation is required prior to August 15th on the Aeries Parent Portal: http://parentportal.cv.k12.ca.us

Data Confirmation will be open from 8/1/18 through 8/15/18 and must be completed for each student prior to attending Walk Through Registration.

Please complete the online registration paperwork (you will print the paperwork during the data confirmation process online)

and submit it on

August 15th between 8:00am and 12:00pm or 3:00pm-7:00pm in the Proctor Art Center located on the lower blacktop in order to secure your student’s spot at Proctor Elementary.

Spanish and Chinese translators will be available from 3-7pm.


● If you are unable to attend walk through registration on the date above, please send the completed and signed documents with another family attending Walk Through Registration to turn in on your behalf. If that is not possible, please contact Mrs. Richey at krichey@cv.k12.ca.us or (510)537-0630 between Aug. 12 & Aug.14.

● You will need to click through all 5 steps and complete all required information in each tab for each student in order to complete the online data confirmation process. You will not be allowed to drop off paperwork or attend walk through registration if this step is not completed for each of your students. Make sure you see and print the green message: “Thank you for confirming the student data in the system.”

Missing Enrollment Paperwork- You must have all the missing or required enrollment paperwork turned in (may include 1st grade physicals, immunizations, residency verification, etc. ) in order to be placed in a classroom for the 2018-2019 School year. You have been notified if you are missing any items.

Class Lists will NOT be posted on the fence this year for the safety of our students.

Class placement will be available on the Aeries Parent Portal on Monday, August 20st after 6:00PM. You will need to log on to your Parent Portal Account and click on the STUDENT INFO tab, click on DEMOGRAPHICS and then look for Teacher and room number on the left side below the Parent/Guardian section for your student’s teacher and room number.

*Class lists sorted by student ID# (found on the Aeries Parent Portal) and school maps will be posted along on the office windows at 7:45am on the first day of school.
