National Labs - CVUSD Mobile Testing Unit Schedule

Thank you for your continued support in following our District’s safety protocols. In continuing with the safety protocols, we will continue the COVID testing mobile unit on site for asymptomatic and unvaccinated students to volunteer to be tested. Only students and staff members from the scheduled school will be allowed to be tested. The COVID testing mobile unit will be on site based on the attached schedule and no appointment is needed. Also, there is no out-of-pocket expense. 
The mobile unit testing is not for symptomatic, currently isolating, or quarantined students. These students may test at the Center for the Arts.     
How do I sign my student up?
  • Before a student is tested, parent(s)/guardian must fill out the Intake and Consent & Release FormYou only need to fill out and sign this form once.  Please have your medical insurance information available while filling out the form.
  • Each time you want your student to be tested at the mobile testing unit at your site, you will need to fill out the Test My Student FormYou do not need to fill out an Intake and Consent Release Form each time. 
  • All requests for testing must be submitted by 8:00 AM the day of your scheduled school's testing.
 Process for test results
  • You will receive your child’s test results via email 24-48 hours after the test. 
  • The email will come from Notifications@nationallabs.com and the subject line reads "National Labs COVID-19 Test Result.”
  • The email will state whether the COVID-19 result was “Detected,” “Not Detected,” or “Inconclusive.”
  • Test results and test report questions should be sent toFieldServices@nationallabs.com.

Please do not contact the site principal, office staff, or teachers with questions about the Mobile Testing Unit. The Mobile Testing Unit is managed district-wide.
