DISTRICT WEBSITE: The District website contains news, updates, Board meeting details, and valuable information from each of the District’s departments. Visit the District website at www.cv.k12.ca.us

AERIES STUDENT INFORMATION SYSTEM: The Parent Portal is a source of information for grades, attendance, and select district communications. It is also the platform for various communication vehicles, so make sure your contact information is up-to-date.

PARENTSQUARE: ParentSquare is used for communication, primarily with email, text and app notifications. ParentSquare automatically generates an account for each parent, using their preferred email address and phone number. Click HERE to learn more about ParentSquare.

EMAIL: The District sends important and timely information via email to the parents and guardians of our students. This is done using contact information found in the Parent Portal.

TEXT: In case of an emergency, the District can contact its community via text message. Your current mobile phone must be listed in the Parent Portal and communication preference must allow us to contact you via text.

VOICE MESSAGE: Another communication option available to the District via the Parent Portal is voice messaging. This is typically used for important topics or urgent matters.

NEWSLETTER: The District sends out newsletters with information regarding events, programs, success stories, and news items. You can sign up for the newsletter on the bottom of the District website home page.

SCHOOL SITE COMMUNICATIONS: Each school maintains its own website, with important updates, calendars, contact information, and access to teacher sites.
