Castro Valley Unified School District would like to know as soon as possible any time a student tests positive for COVID.  We have created an online form to be used by any CVUSD family to report COVID positive students as soon as you learn of the positive.  Timeliness of reporting can make a huge difference in identifying close contacts and giving appropriate notifications and guidance.  

If your student tests positive for COVID-19 at any point since the start of Winter Break, please use this form to report your student's positive COVID-19 case to CVUSD immediately.

Once you submit the form linked above, there is no need to send additional notifications to your student's school site, they will be notified. 

Please keep your COVID positive student home, and also keep home any unvaccinated CVUSD students in the household.  CVUSD staff will be in touch to discuss timelines for their safe return to school.
