Castro Valley, CA – (May 25, 2022) – At the May 25th board meeting, the Castro Valley Unified School District Board of Education took action to select Jeff Keller for the position of Principal at Proctor Elementary.
 
Mr. Keller has seventeen years of administrative school and district office experience focused on collaborative structures to support student learning and supporting staff. He has successfully raised student achievement among all students and provided additional support through Response to Intervention with a focus on literacy.  Mr. Keller brings vast knowledge to Castro Valley. In addition to successful experience as a principal, he has ten years of teaching experience from Colorado, the Bay Area, and Honduras.

Mr. Keller earned a Master of Arts degree in Economics from California State University, Hayward and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Science from University of California, Berkeley.
