NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Education of the Castro Valley Unified School District, at its Regular Board Meeting to be held on September 24, 2025 will hold a public hearing pursuant to, Education Code 60119 and 5 CCR 9531 regarding the sufficiency of instructional materials and determine through a resolution whether each student has sufficient textbooks and instructional materials.
