BenefitBridge, an employee benefits portal that provides on-demand information for benefits-eligible employees.  Employees can access their benefits information 24/7 from any computer with internet access.  All medical, dental and vision enrollments in BenefitBridge will show as a 12-month deduction.  The final calculations are done once the changes are logged into the payroll system.  The website performs best in Google Chrome.

National Benefit Services (NBS)
 
National Benefit Services (NBS) provides 403(b) and 457(b) compliance and plan administration. Plan information can be found on our district page: https://www.nbsbenefits.com/non-erisa-403b-forms/
 
The webpage provides a list of district-approved 403(b) and 457(b) vendors and a library of forms to help you manage your account. Forms include Salary Reduction Agreements forms and transaction request forms (Loan, Hardship, Exchange or Distribution/Rollover Form).
 
 
In order to establish a 403(b)/457b and begin contributions follow the steps below:
  1.  Determine which company you would like to invest your contributions with. A list of approved vendors can be found by accessing the NBS website
  2. Contact the vendor of your choosing directly to obtain and submit all necessary paperwork to open the account
  3. Complete a Salary Reduction Agreement form and submit to National Benefit Services via email or fax.
