The California Department of Education (CDE) requires that each SELPA obtain approval for the Annual Budget Plan, Annual Service Plan, Local Plan, Board Policies & Administrative Regulations following a public hearing by its governing board. The Regional Policy Board held this public hearing on Friday, May 19, 2023, and approved the 2023-2024 Local Plan and supporting documents.
