you should have been there on the first day of my dad G Class back in September the students were energized they were looking forward to the classes all the students have been impacted very very much so by the pandemic not only the way that the Milestones had to accommodate and their teaching styles through zoom and online classes but performances is really not something that anybody looks forward to the last two years I was very thankful to our district leadership and keeping the program alive and moving forward and we didn't know how important school connectedness would be we see that now and we see that programs like both of their buy it like armadi actually program a really important in terms of making sure that students have something that text them to the school connects them to their Community keeps them uplifted and excited about learning this is although you know they tried very hard and did an outstanding job it's not same as being in person but if it if it we had to pick between these inconveniences and being at home we would all be here today and just shut the program down and say will continue will pick up afterwards but no the teachers are students never to give up to keep going against adversity and look at us now look over at we were able to reinstitute our music classes in person and through Donuts the year of the students they learned so much from each other it's not just from the instructor so this is our end-of-the-year muddy actually performance it's our first performance in person for the last 2 years this is the day that our students have been working really really hard and we're all looking forward to tonight and to be able to have it in person makes it even more special symbolic of of the strength of this probe the perseverance of our students and families and so it's it's going to be a beautiful thing I can't wait I just want to thank all the parents and the students for their continued support and still proud of all of our students that pandemic tested us but are very strong music family we are resilient family and this is why we are here today
